The Rules of Usage govern the use of Decipher's online communications services, including Message Boards and Mailing Lists. Please read them carefully. Your subscription, registration and use of our services is your agreement to abide by them and by the Code of Conduct.

These services are intended for the free-flowing exchange of information, opinions and comments about Decipher's products.

Decipher does not necessarily endorse, sanction, encourage, verify, or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted on Message Boards or otherwise contained in its user-provided areas. Any information or materials placed online, including advice and opinions, are the views of those who post the statements, and do not necessarily represent the views of Decipher. Decipher reserves the right to remove comments that challenge the comfort of others using these services, and to limit, temporarily or permanently, the access of those who violate the standards by aggressive actions or language.

USE OF THE SERVICE BY YOU: All Message Board users are required to provide accurate name and email address information. Your right to use the service is personal to you – you may not authorize others to use the service, and you are responsible for all use of the service through your registration.

PROHIBITED MATERIALS AND ACTIVITIES: You agree not to use any obscene, indecent, or offensive language or to place on the service any material that is libelous, abusive, or hateful, that constitutes junk mail or unauthorized advertising, that invades anyone's privacy, or that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide to Decipher or post on a bulletin board – including but not limited to text, artwork, and sound – does not violate the copyright or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party or is posted with the permission of the owner(s) of such rights.

Retail sales are prohibited.

Material on the service is for your personal use only. The service contains copyrighted and other proprietary information. You may not in any way make commercial or other unauthorized use, by publication, re-transmission, distribution, or otherwise, of material obtained through the service, except as permitted by the Copyright Act or other law.

You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the service, nor to alter or tamper with any information or materials or associated with the service.

USE OF MATERIAL POSTED BY YOU: Postings to the service are not private. You grant Decipher the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, translate, and distribute any material you post to the service in any medium (now in existence or hereafter developed), and for any purpose, including commercial uses, and to authorize others to do so.

PRIVACY IN A PUBLIC FORUM: Decipher guarantees that any personal information collected from users by Decipher will be used for administrative purposes only and will not be sold or exchanged by Decipher with any third party. Decipher will protect the privacy of users but cannot be held responsible for those users who surrender their privacy voluntarily.

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify the service provider and its employees, agents, and representatives, and to hold them harmless, from any and all claims and liabilities (including attorneys fees) which may arise from your submissions, from your unauthorized use of material obtained through the service, or from your breach of these rules, or from any such acts through your account. You further agree that the service is not responsive, and shall have no liability to you, with respect to any material posted by others.

EDITING AND DELETIONS: The service provider reserves the right, but undertakes no duty, to review, edit, move, or delete any material provided for display or placed on the service or its bulletin boards or discussion areas, in its sole discretion.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

YOU USE THE SERVICE AND THE INFORMATION AND MATERIAL ON THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY SUSTAINED ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING FOR VIRUSES ALLEGED TO HAVE BEEN OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE AND INCLUDING ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
